   We had a flood in our backyard Dec. 31, 2022. R. Sandoval was the first person to solve a very difficult drainage problem that we have had for years.  He had to go uphill to get water out of our backyard to drain to the street. We were very pleased with his persistence and work ethic and that he personally checked on the job being done by his crew.
